Payment

AquaGo accepts online payments via the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and ApplePay.
Your account will only be charged when the physical product has been shipped or when the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Authorization Charges
When using a credit card, an authorization hold is placed on the payment amount. This amount is reserved until the web store has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the amount will be debited from your account.
The duration of the reservation depends on the product/service.

Credit Card Authorization
When using a credit card, you may notice that funds are reserved in your account, and your available balance will be lower.
If you or the store cancel the order, the store cannot withdraw money from your account, but the reserved amount may still appear for a period.
Please note that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.

Credit Card Transaction
Funds will be withdrawn from your account once the web store processes and charges your order. The transaction will appear on your bank statement.

Shipping & Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 7–12 business days.
AquaGo uses Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord, and Posti for deliveries.
Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight.
You may choose home delivery or delivery to the nearest parcel pickup point.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can track your package at any time.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

AquaGo offers a 14-day full return right for products purchased from the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts from the delivery date of your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to use your right of withdrawal, and the product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@aquago.shop and clearly indicate that you wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Product upon Return

You are responsible for the condition of the product upon return and any depreciation in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.
This means the product may only be tested in the same manner as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested/used beyond what is described, it is considered used, and its value will be reduced. This means that in the case of cancellation, you may receive a partial or no refund. AquaGo will determine the product’s condition.

Warranty

Products come with a 1-year warranty according to British consumer law. The warranty covers all software, material, and manufacturing defects.
Complaints about defects must be submitted to AquaGo within a reasonable time after receiving the product. One month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
The right to claim is void if the product is mishandled or used inappropriately.
AquaGo covers reasonable return shipping costs.
